A booking is only confirmed once payment has been made in full.
It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that they have booked the correct date and are aware of the start time.
It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that they meet the weight restriction and have advised Canoe Tamar of any relevant medical conditions.
Customer Cancellation: A full refund will be provided, provided that the cancellation is made in writing (email or text) with at least 48 hours' notice before the activity's start time. Refunds will not be given if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the activity start time.
Cancellation by Canoe Tamar: Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the activities are available, Canoe Tamar will notify the customer of a cancellation as soon as practicable where it believes that cancellation is necessary due to dangerous or unsuitable conditions. Customers will be entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled activity in the event of a cancellation, but will not be entitled to any further compensation.
